“Sunkissed songs for a sunkissed soul” – that’s the spirit of Leo Trovato’s music. The 21-year-old singer/songwriter has been crafting songs since his early teens, shaping a sound that blends Indie Rock, Retro Soul and Neo Psychedelia into something unmistakeably his own.

At only 9 years old, he picks up the guitar for the first time. “At that point I was quite sure that this could be a lifelong passion” His early musical influence paid off because today, Leo Trovato takes audiences on a journey into his immersive world of nostalgic songwriting. From 2019 - late 2021 he lived and completed his schooling in Australia, getting a taste of a beautifully unchained life on the coast. He learned to produce records on his own and mastering multiple instruments along the way, even winning a local music competition judged by Australian TV legend Ian Dickson, who aided Leo in getting first place with no hesitation. “A highlight for sure”, Leo says today. This period significantly influenced his sound and escapist lyricism widely heard throughout his songs today, longing to escape from a monotonous everyday life in the city. In 2023, he participated in the historical "Popkurs Hamburg", where he ended up scoring a gig at the legendary Gruenspan in the heart of the Reeperbahn.

Currently based in Berlin, his music is characterized by immersive soundscapes, tight grooves and roaring guitars, inspired by idols such as Marvin Gaye, Tame Impala and Sticky Fingers. This tasteful blend of classical and modern elements as well as with virtuoso guitar playing have been captivating music lovers throughout the country and beyond for years. 2025, he also became part of the Berlin collective Madcat Records.

Leo Trovato’s music brings a nostalgic summer to the rainiest of days. With three first singles praised by fans, Leo is now preparing for his debut EP, set for release in summer 2026.
